This paper researches on the best airflow pattern of cultivation in the volvariella volvacea factory on north which is suitable for the growing of volvariella volvacea., With the feasible enviroment condition, it obtaines the best forms of air distribution by CFD simulation of the air flow, when the position of opening, the width of opening, air velocity, air angle are changed.Volvariella volvacea has to be cultivated in the conditions of high temperature, high humidity, and it is sensitive to wind speed, CO2 gas concentrations. So it is difficult to cultivate Volvariella volvacea successfully in the northern area This paper summarized the appropriate environmental conditions for volvariella volvacea in experiences.For the restrictions of location and some cultivated experiences, Simulation of the flow is organized in the form of the joint air openings, after being refracted by the side wall the air flow then is sent to the volvariella volvacea bed. This method can increase the range and can meet the needs of volvariella volvacea air flow.By changing the parameter of opening, such as position, height, width, air velocity, angle of air, the following conclusions can be drawn by CFD simulation: When the width is less than 60mm, the effect of airflow turns worse with decreasing of width; When the velocity is less than 6m/s, it is very difficult to achieve the lower volvariella volvacea bed and uniformity of all measuring points is poor, When angle of air is distributed in the scope of 15°~60°, the speed of upper volvariella volvacea bed is uniform but the speed of lower is very uneven. With the increasing of angle, parameters such as air velocity are all more uniformity. When angle of air is distributed in the scope of 60°~90°, with the increasing of angle of air, air velocity in the lower volvariella volvacea bed becomes larger and larger and can no longer meet the need of growth. When angle turns to 75°, confined jet is restricted to free jet flow, uniformity of velocity get worse; Due to limited position of volvariella volvacea room, this paper only make a simple comparison on influence of the position change on the air. The optimum conditions is concluded by simulating: the width is 60mm, the air speed is 6m/s, air angle is 60°, distance from lateral wall to the centerof opening is300mm, the height is 2.9m. This paper also compares other parameters, such as the distribution of concentration of CO2, humidity and temperature, and these parameters can more prove the correctness of best simulation mode.
