Along with the universality of the household-use car, the quantity of the Chinese automobile increases year by year, people also acquaint with continuously to the automobile with the understanding, and people pay more and more attention to the problems such like the automobile of maintain, maintenances, raising the service life and saving resources etc. Lubricating and sealing is necessary to reduce the wear of part, prolonging the automobile service life and promising the automobile working normally. And the good lubrication and pressurizing need the reasonable usage of lubricant, observing the using condition of the lubricant at any time and assurance the reasonable time of exchanging lubricant.The vehicle-use oil used for a period of time, the physics and chemistry function of lubricant will change and the performance will deteriorate because of the incursion of the outside impurity and oxidizing by itself, if it continue to be used, deposit in the oil will increase quickly, dynamical character of engine will descend and the wear of parts will prick up, even the system will break down seriously. Contrarily, the lubricant is changed under normal circumstance, which will result in a waste of resources. Therefore in order to avoid the problem mentioned above, it is necessary to inspect the condition of the lubricant, measure the deterioration degree by the detected data and assurance opportune moment of replacing lubricant.There are a lot of method of Lubricant, in the industrial system,the oil liquid monitor of the equipments include on-line method and the off-line method. The application of off-line method reduces gradually because of its involving to the physics and chemistry index analysis, long monitor time, complicate operation and the high cost. In recent years, the small scaled and hold type instrument used for the on-line monitor of lubricant reserve the research and development in virtue of its convenience of take, the simple operation, the cheap cost and the quick monitoring. But it can't need the request of real time monitoring ,get the function parameter of the lubricant at any time and attain its using condition, so its usage so limited under the certain condition.The vehicle-use lubricant monitor is a kind of the oil liquid monitor; we need to develop a kind of simple monitor system which is convenient for installation with the car so that the driver could observe the using condition of the lubricant at any time. This kind of system can actually get the using condition of lubricant by monitoring its performance index, and give the driver the result of inspect as a feedback, when the index of lubricant exceed limited number, give an alarm automatically. So opportune moment of replacement for lubricant is ensured, parts wear because of the bad lubricating is avoided and the waster of resources is reduced.According to above, the main work of this thesis is as follows:1. Inquiry into a kind of evaluation index sign that can evaluate the lubricant comprehensive performance---the dielectric coefficient, and pass to experiment, get the variety relation between the dielectric coefficient and the index sign and verify the possibility of this evaluation index sign.2. Put forward the basic work principle of monitors system; ascertain cracking degree by the analysis contrast oil monitor data between new oil's and the using oil's. Design an electric capacity sensor of glass tube-type which could detect the dielectric coefficient of lubricant accurately, optimize the structure and the detection method, then design detection electric circuit.3.Designs a primary structure of monitor system so that it can need the demand of convenience for install and operate cheap cost and the anti- interference.
