| Abstract: In recent years, the wind energy as a renewable cleanly energy is more and more regarded by countries all over the world, for its advantages in huge resource, widely distribution and no pollution. It is a common understanding for utilizing wind energy faster by global energy groups. The wind energy industry is also developing fast recently in our country. The renewable energy law implemented since 2006, which prescribes the rules of feed-in law, full buying and unbundling makes the accurate measuring for parameters of wind power plant system, especially for generated and dissipated energy of wind turbine, a very important thing. Therefore, the parameter measuring system for wind power plant system is developed.A high performance IC ATT7022B for electric parameters collection is used in this program. It can measure almost all electric parameters in wind power plant system and can especially achieve electric power's positive and negative measurement, bidirectional storage and display. The whole system consists of measurement unit, data processing unit and data transferring unit. Measurement unit uses MCU MC9S12A64 to collect the measured data given by ATT7022B; processing unit use MC9S12A64 to process, save and display the data; transfer unit exchanges data with outer via RS-485 communication and infrared communication , which follows the DL/T645 communication stipulation. Mainly consider the reliability in hard/software design for data processing unit.The system achieves the self-adjustment function by PC software. The system which has the advantages of high accuracy, various function, high anti-jamming capability, is useful for electric power measurement administration of information and networks and will be used widely. |
