Unattended Substation automation has been the hot point in the field of power system . In the paper, analysis and explore has been made on computer Protection and supervising system of unattended Substation. analysis has been made on digital transformer differential protection based on percentage retraint principle and fault component percentage differential principle.many advantages are summarized on differential protection of digital transformer.The principle of busbar protection is analyzed and the auto-adaption scheme is discussed combining with practice.passing by analyzing the widely applied three structure mode ,collection and distribution and disperse,then discuss the development direction on automation system structure mode ,bring forward a few viewpoints and opinions in order to made the automation system more profect.Next the antijamming technique is studied in the integrate automation system as well as operation reliability.At present,the digital transformer substation is becoming a new technic hotspot .Get across analyzing simply the whole scheme,prospecting the foreground of transformer automation system.
