JTIDS (Joint Tactical Information Distribution System) is a coordinated system of communication, navigation and identification developed by US Military for the purpose of suiting the combined operations. JTIDS use Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) architecture, and it is a high capacity, high rate, jam-resistant, security tactical information distribution system. In order to meet the future war need, it is extremely necessary to study the JTIDS and its disturbance. The whole operational performance will be reduced if effective jamming is adopted, and it can ensure to protect oneself and carry on a counterattack while suppressing the opposite.Firstly, an entire concept of JTIDS is established by introducing the network composing, information format and so on. Then by implementing the emulation of the entire system, a date link model is set up. Finally, aiming at the anti-jamming technology of the JTIDS such as RS coding, direct sequence spreading spectrum, frequency hopping and time hopping, the blanket jamming method is introduced, and Gaussian white noise which is the optimal blanket jamming wave is analyzed. At the same time, saw-tooth wave modulating frequency, a kind of barrage jamming, is proved to be the best adopting. By compared the single carrier frequency narrowband jamming with the multi-carrier frequency broadband jamming, draw the conclusion that the effect of multi-carrier frequency broadband jamming surpasses the single carrier frequency narrowband jamming, also when unifing the Gaussian white noise it achieves better performance.
