| As a part of the urban public transport, the taxi has good effects on the development of urban economy and residents'trips, and to some extent the taxi also stands for the level of the urban modernization. However, some problems came into being with the long-term development of the taxi industry, such as the losing of control between demand and supply in market, the non-reasonable prices, the non-suitable arrangements of taxi spots, and so on. So in order to effectively resolve the problems in the planning of developing the taxi, coordinate the relationship between taxi and other public transport modes, and make the taxi transport mode develop healthily and orderly, this paper made an attempt to discuss the developing strategies of the taxi in China.Firstly, based on the detailed analysis of taxi characteristics, actuality, existing problems and the relationships with other public transport modes, this paper gave the status of taxi in urban transport system in the view of attributes, steps and markets. Secondly, the factors affecting taxi development were summarized, and some research on the developing trend in the urban passenger transport system was also made; on the basis of the analysis of the developing modes in and out of China, this paper brought forward the current developing strategies under public transport priority policy in our country. Then, combining with the data of several domestic big cities with good operation, by making use of the method of from-cradle-to-grave course stated in random system theory, this paper put forward that the proportion of taxi without passengers and with passengers should be in a reasonable range, and accordingly gave some reference for big cities to evaluate the current scales of taxi system. And then, some research was made on the gross forecast, the makeup of vehicles, the establishment of prices, spots, the evaluating system of service, developing policies, and so on. Finally, this paper took Xuzhou City for example for special analysis. |
