The Design Of Electric Power Plant Management System

Ship power station management system is one of the most important device on ship.As the automation request being enhanced .designing automatic and intelligentized ship power station management system is a direction in future.It is of great significative in practice.In the thesis,the nomal characteristic of ship power system and correlative operating and criterion and request are introduced firstly. And then using PLC design and realized the automaion control of the ship power management system.The controlled ship power management system in the text is constituded of three diesel oil generators and one shaft generator.The basic request is that in normal condition there is at least one spare generator.The spare generator will start based on the spare order and supply electric when some generator in use has been in trouble.Ship power station management system is constituded of main power station system and emergency power station system.When the main power station system loses electric,the emergency power station system start automaticly and supply electric to the important load on ship.This thesis expatiate detailly the makeup and configuration of the ship power station management system and using PLC realize automation control.The primary functiond are as follow: the switch interlock of the four generators,main power system losing electric management,diesel ois generator overload automatic combing management.shaft generator overload automatic combing management,uninstalling management,underload management,diesel oil generator second fault management,abnormal voltage and abnormal frequency management,shaft generator quiting use management,lateral thrust asking management and so on.This thsis explains the realizing method of hardware and softeware in PLC control and shows some very important PLC programe.
