Extracting the induction motor bearing initial fault with high sensitivity and reliability, is an essential research field. Taking into account the load distributing and bearing movement, at first,the simulation of the bearing fault based on MATLAB has been realized. On this basis, a synthetic diagnosis method of induction motor bearing fault is presented and realize the effective detection of the bearing fault. Induction Motor Bearing Fault Diagnosis based on motor stator Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is a new field in bearing fault diagnosis. This paper has carried on further investigation on conventional stator current spectrum analytical method. A novel scheme to detect induction motor bearing fault, which perfectly combines wavelet transform, continuous subdivision Fourier transform and modified LMS self-adaptive filter algorithm, is proposed in this paper. This work is of great significance to guarantee that the production system is operated safely and reliably and reduces the fault rate of motor.
