The Application Of Fireproofing Coatings For Steel Structure And Performance Analyzing Of Fireproofing Protection On A Warehouse Steel Structure

The steel structure has many good qualities, such as high strength, light weight, good capacity of resisting earthquake, easy construction, saving foundation cost, small area, high industrialization degree, beautiful appearance, recycling, etc, and it has broad application in nowadays modern construction engineering, such as high-floor steel structure, big-span interspaced steel structure, light steel structure etc. But the steel structure does not have the fire-proof, so carrying on the fireproofing protection has great significance to the steel structure.This paper introduce the fire danger and the importance of fireproofing protection on steel structure by analyzing the stress changing of steel structure under heat and introducing some fire case examples of disaster of the steel structure. It introduces some methods for fireproofing protection, and compares these methods. This paper introduces the property, the research and the application of fireproofing coatings for steel structure, and it analyzes the mechanism of super thin fireproofing coatings for steel structure.Considering the practicability and economy, this paper presents an analysis of performance on fireproofing protection of a warehouse steel structure, through establishing the suitable fire scene , and gets corresponding fire and load in density , height of flame , fire duration, thus confirming the effective fireproofing protects time, and finishing the design and the direction.
