Discussion On The Harmonious Development Of Nationalities' Villages In GuiZhou Province Through The Protection Of QingYan Ancient Town

Based on what were gained from participating in the whole process of protecting and constructing QingYan ancient town in GuiZhou Province, by contrasting nationalities' "village protection & construction" projects performed at the corresponding period, and combining the theories that deduced from a little bit domestic & international ancient town protection and experiences shaped, the author in this article shaped some cognitive points of view about " protection" &" harmonious development" as following.Speaking from essence, the author of this research thinks that the contradictions between history inheritance and the development is the result of reconstruction of intrinsic price system of the inheritance resources, and before the new system order formed and entered into locked state, the contradiction and conflict embodied in the identity of expected profits and that of different social fields and adaptive collision & match contained in whole process, needing to adopt reasonable methods to adjust so as to achieve a harmonious situation. The ancient towns & villages of each place all have their own special corresponding main factors of humanities environments, such as the society, economy, culture and the environments'condition to check and balance each other. That ordained how to set the target of the history inheritance and establish these programming projects and actualize them are hardly expected to regulate the general principle that deduce from the experience or theories of other places, and also it can hardly be found universal mode to use for reference to directly create credible and effective methods that can be use for repairing, curing, protecting and reasonable developing or exploring. But, no matter we protect the historical inheritance from the point of culture construction or that of construction of social order & economic development, enforcing the protection of the history inheritance, can't be avoided to modify the situation that have already come into being. Whether the effect of measures and interfering result has continuous significance or not, that depends on the establishment of the target.
