The theme of the thesis roots in a high-technology project which was charged with Navigation College. The aim of the paper is intent to offer theory guidance and technology support to the under construction hardware-in-loop simulation system for the characteristic of a UAV's engine by the studies on the digital electronic controller of the engine.The thesis takes a certain engine as an object, substituting the original machinery hydraulic pressure type fuel serve machine with the electricity liquid servo system, complete the digitize reformation of the fuel supply machine. The simulation indicates that the improved system has commendable performance when tracking the location of fuel feed pump's inclined disk. Provided the technology requirement of the UAV's flight control system for the engine test-bed, the digital electronic controller technical project is designed, the software and hardware design is completed. The revolving speed control of the engine is achieved by applying the neural network adaptive control technique. A great deal of simulation test verified that the neural network self-adapting revolving speed control quality is outstanding, which can satisfy the requirement of design and avoid the flight wrap line partition problem in the classic engine control method. The embedded technique is employed in the achievement of the digital electronic controller hardware structure, the sortation of the digital controller is carried out, the hardware structure of the digital electronic controller is implemented; the software task scheduling framework of the digital electronic controller is researched, the real-time and the multitask scheduling problem in the engine control software is solved; an open and perfect functionally architecture comprised of software and hardware is established. A original test of the DEEC is completed, and results that it can satisfy the design target.The production of the thesis has significant reference value to the design of the engine digital electronic controller.
