Large-scale assembly such as engine is the core components of enterprise product, the design quality and design efficiency of which is the important ensure for improve enterprise's productivity and market competition. And the dynamic analysis of the inner liquid and gas of the assembly is one of the main requests of computer aided analysis. Therefore the investigation of that kind of assembly's design and analysis has significant meaning to the development of manufacturing.The large-scale assembly with lumen is difficulty in design procedure, because of the complicated lumen; the engineer couldn't get the exact information of the inner space (include the space of the lumen, boundary of lumen). This difficulty blocks the upper analysis. And for the assembly with inner volume, the post analysis regards dynamic analysis of the liquid and gas in the inner volume more and more important. This text in allusion to large-scale assembly brings forward theory about inner space search and analysis, which can be used for get the exact information about the inner volume, and can dynamically analyses the liquid and gas in the inner volume.Breach the key technology of large-scale assembly inner space search and develop corresponding software. The main study content show as below:1. Study the algorithm of space index and space search, a new algorithm of space search is proposed, provide user with a inner space search and analysis tool of large-scale assembly, which can search the large-scale assembly with inner space, calculate the corresponding volume, and offer a error tolerance of the result that is calculated by a classical formula to user for reference.2. The method for create inner volume solid expression and how to save the data of lumen is proposed. Based on the result of space search, we create a solid for expressing the inner volume; therefore the analyst engineer can do the further analysis. Also investigate the method for create inner volume facet body.3. Research the technical support for the dynamic analysis of inner liquid or gas. The method for dynamic analysis of inner liquid or gas is proposed. For the instance that the assembly should be injected liquid (such as lube) or gas, that software can analysis any gravitation, any oil level, any oil volume situation.4. Work over the space search technology for support different assembly file format in normal usage (such as 3D solid model, face model) for users convenient.
