Much attention is paid to the measurement accuracy in the field of test. The performance of damper has a significant meaning to the full vehicle's performance, so the recognitional degree of it is improved more and more. A broad research field is offered to study the performance of damper because many subjects are involved in the test technology of it. The performance test-bed of damper based on the computer technology is used to study the system error, to reduce or eliminate its influence effectively, and to improve the measurement accuracy in the paper. The study of measurement accuracy on the performance test of damper is a meaningful work for the faulty evaluation system at present.The basic concepts and analytical methods are illustrated at first. Not only the function and structure of test-bed based on it, but the error and accuracy of each tache influenced the measurement accuracy are then discussed. Improvement measures aimed at the existed error of test-bed are offered, and the details of it are also elaborated later. The improved error complex results are given out at last. The results of test and engineering practice proved accuracy of the improved test-bed, security and anti-jamming ability were improved greatly.
