As the development of science technology, modern industry requires high quality, high precise and reliable mechanical products. The designers not only consider static design, but also dynamic design. Parallel mechanism has a very wide usage; it has many merits serial mechanism doesn't have. But there are few people to study parallel mechanism's dynamics, most of them focus on studying its kinematics. The parallel mechanism this paper studied is used as tracking equipment and consists of two parts: 2-DOF spherical parallel mechanism and two planar parallel 4-bar mechanisms, here it can be consider as: the 4-bar mechanisms drive the spherical parallel mechanism as transmissions; the motors directly drive the 4-bar mechanisms. The parallel mechanism works in a special condition and has two design requirements:1. It must work steadily and has no shake in a high speed2.
