Along with the continuously raise of the river pollution and drinking water standard, the conventional water treatment to the decontamination of the river water can't satisfy present condition enough, the researchers on the one hand work hard reform and enhance the conventional water treatment, study on the other hand with the advanced treatment to raise the clean water craft level to satisfy drinking water continuously raise standard. This text mainly introduces to the micro-whirling coagulation, the new type of same flow oblique board sedimentation basin, the high performance fiber filter to combine for the new craft, studying its principle and passing an example from practice in further research the removing rate of the turbidity and the organic matter.The micro-whirling coagulation, the new type of same flow oblique board sedimentation basin, the high performance fiber filter is the main new craft. By adjusting and run the new craft, we study the factors that influence the process movement, discuss the removing rate of the turbidity and the organic matter and the results in the different conditions, and also carry on first step analysis to the economic technique possibility of the craft.The removing rate of the turbidity of the new craft is near to 100% and the handling result more stable under the bigger changes to the water discharge variety and the turbidity. The removing rate of the organic matter to see from the CODMn is about 60%. This rate comparing with the conventional water treatment is also higher.The another advantage of the new craft is to cover small area, design ability of production is 5000 m3 per day, but cover area only for the 46.58 m2, it at least reduces 1/3 above comparing with the other type treatment. Under the situation that the winter temperature of the north is too low, that craft can be placed in indoor, protect the influence decrease that the craft is free from low temperature with the maintenance work.By initial economic technique analysis, the unit system water cost of that craft...
