With the deterioration of water environmental pollution and the more stringent drinking water standards, conventional water treatment technology appeared its lack in efficiency. Membrane technology was developed very quickly as one of the best developing potential of the water treatment area. But the most crucial problem of membrane separation technology at moment is how to make it long, high and stable operation. So, the thesis proposed the assembled technology Coagulation/UF that used to deal with the raw water of HuangPu River, than made a profound study and analysis about the operation situation and the treatment effect of the assembled technology.The experiment investigated the treatment effect and membrane's operation situation in treating the raw water of HuangPu River when used to the three technologies, "Potassium permanganate pre-oxidation/Polyaluminium chloride in-line coagulation/Ultrafiltration" , "Polyaluminium chloride in-line coagulation/ Ultrafiltration" and "Aluminum sulfate in-line coagulation/Ultrafiltration". The results showed that: â‘ in the aspect of treatment effect, all three technologies have a high removal efficiency for turbidity , organisms , Fe, Al and Mn. Potassium permanganate pre-oxidation could seriously improved the removal effect of CODMn, UV254 TOC, Fe and Mn, The quality of produced water is very good, and the technology is also can suit the wave in quality of the raw water from the HuangPu River. Coagulation effect and the removal effect of pollutants, Polyaluminium Chloride coagulant is better than Aluminum sulfate; â‘¡in the aspect of membrane's running situation, pre-oxidation of potassium permanganate could fully remove the latency matter in the raw water that could pollute the membrane and make the Ultrafiltration long, high effect and stable running. In the aspect of bettering membrane's running state, Polyaluminium Chloride is also better than Aluminum sulfate.
