As the continuous developing of the application domain, Brushless DC motors (BLDCM) are asked for more accuracy and robustness, but the traditional method of control can't make them in many situations. Thereupon, the application of intelligent control in the DC speed-adjusting system is generally concerned. And, the developing of DSP makes it possible to implement intelligent control algorithms.In this paper, by integrating Neural Network (NN) with traditional PID, the single-neural self-adapting PID controller and the BP-network-based PID controller are constructed that both can learn on line. And a modularized simulation model of three-phase BLDC and the whole double loops DC speed-adjusting System are established by the SIMULINK of MATLAB. The results of simulation show that the intelligent PID algorithms are better than the traditional one.Based on the TMS320LF2407 DSP of TI, a framework of the system hardware is designed, and the executable program of LF2407 is written in C language with some assembly sentences involved. The running of the program proves that the designed control strategy can adapt to the high performance speed-adjusting system.
