With the improvement of people's living standard, energy consumed in buildings, Especially energy for domestic hot water, space heating and air-conditioning, is in creasing greatly. It poses great pressure on public grids. Energy supply in the future several ten years in China faces rigorous challenges. Meanwhile the use of fossil fuel results in environmental pollution. Therefore improving the application of renewable and clean energy, solar energy, in buildings and reducing building energy consumption is a key to solve energy and environment problems.From the perspective of the use of solar energy , combining the solid adsorbing dehumidify technology, the article proposed a new solar energy air-conditioning mode-the solar energy solid adsorbing dehumidify air-conditioning system ,and using the example of a four floor commonality building in the saving energy small region on chenjia town chongming region of shanghai city , Design Builder was used to calculate and analyze the dynamic load . The cold and heating load is data base of the running all over the year in the solar energy solid adsorbing dehumidify air-conditioning system, establishing a mathematic model by the major components of the gathering heat vessel, the harboring heat water tank, the dehumidify rotating wheel, the unit of refrigeration and so on .The article simulated the running all over the year, and analyzing the factors which affect on the solar fraction . when the gathering heat vessel area or the harboring heat water tank area was changed ,the assistant heat which was needed by the system and the corresponding solar fraction were changed . At the aim of get the most saving cost, making sure the best gathering heat vessel area and the cubage of water tank.
