| Based on the effort of a long period, the automatic collection and transmission of hydrologicalinformation and forecasting past the difficult start period------not only the hardware and software's levelis low, singleness of the system function, lower credibility degree. But it is got substantial progress with the maturity of satellite and computer technique.From the present condition of the automatic collection and transmission of hydrological remote sensing and forecasting system, data processing, computer technique used on the above system and so on, and this paper discusses the probability and necessity of Panjiakou automatic hydrological remote sensing and forecasting system. It goes through the system's project, the target and function, the setting of its station net, secondary planet communication mode, design of communication net, the study for scheme of flood forecasting as well as attemper.The result of this paper study is that the automatic hydrological remote sensing and forecasting system of Panjiakou and Daheiting reservoirs, posses the new equipment and full way of the communication, can collect the precipitation and water information not only betimes but also in continuum and agility way. Besides these, the paper also dealt with the two reservoirs' flood forecasting and attempering on the protection of flood which improved the condition of collecting and forecasting as well as the efficiency of them. The result provides some experience for this professional. |
