| With the rapid growth of national economy and acceleration of Urbanization, more and more environment-protected vehicles such as city rail vehicles, subways and EMU vehicles and higher vehicle speed put forward more strict requirement to braking system,which is one of the most critical device of vehicles. So the traditional air braking system can't meet need any more. All of high-speed vehicles have associated braking system, mainly applies air brake, cooperated with power brake, eddy current brake, electric magnet wheel brake, etc. This paper gives detailed expatiation and analysis of microcomputer controlled electric-pneumatic braking system based on 250km/h EMU.This paper introduces some of the EMU vehicles in China and microcomputer controlled brake system. This paper also makes simulation and research for procession of dynamic and pure pneumatic united brake actual, calculate actual mean deceleration and brake distance.This paper amply describes the structure of braking system in several chapters, it also gives particular design and control method of the critical electrical control components, such as electro-pneumatic unit, logical control unit, signal occurring device, and microcomputer brake control unit, etc. Besides, this paper concisely narrates the pneumatic brake control unit and basic brake unit.At the last of this paper, it shows us research and analysis on signal occurring device experiments, electro-pneumatic unit experiments and signal occurring device and EP united experiments, whose data make a solid base for function of this whole brake system. |
