| With the developing of science and technology, people's requirement on the riding comfort of automobiles is increasing, and nicer smoothness and low noise is an important symbol of automobiles. Automobile engine is one of main vibrations which often result in passenger's uncomfortable. The optimal capability of designing a mount system of automobile engine has directly an influence on automobile's smoothness and reducing noise.In this paper, based on a lot of references about mount, vibration isolation of power assembly of PALIO has been deeply Studied. Built engine mounts system's model and obtain correlative basic parameters. On the basis of distributing the natural frequency rationally, this paper has mend the mounting system's location. Then optimized the references about rubber mount and analyse it by ANSYS software. The last step, choice the similar parameters'rubber mount to test. Then the test had been carried out,and satisfying result is obtained.The results and methods of the study are helpful for the manufacture of the factory and the design of mounts system of automobile engine. |
