Because of the perforation of column axis of different floors, the joints in traditional RC frame structure system have well force transfer performance, and the research result is fine. However, the Citizen Center Building in city of HangZhou is a special instance. In this building, the axis of the upper floor's side columns offset for the reason of structural function, so appears a new structure component named axis deformative column, which caused new form of joint between columns of offsetted axis------axis deformative column joint.A RC frame with axis deformative column is calculated with finite element commerial software ETABS. Primary researching is raised in the manner of force transfer and the aseismic capabilities under the action of earthquake through the change of parameter. The affect on the aseismatic capabilities of whole structure and its placement is discussed and analysed.Based on this researching,further studying on the manner of force transfer and the aseismic capabilities under the action of earthquake is made through Low-cycled reversed loading experiment. Based on tests and theory of seismic propert of axis deformative column joints,the conclusion of the big and small joint region appearing in the axis deformative column joints within seismic excitation is verified.The criteria in design of abnomal reinforced concrete joint is raised considering "Code for design of concrete structures". The method of the anchoring of steel bar is raised considering special aseismic capabilities of axis deformative column joints,and the primary study of the length of anchoring is discussed in order to help the real design of this kind of joints.At the end of this thesis,the further study is discussed.
