| The sidings of urban mass transit play an important role in rail operation with respect to its regular operation and functional exertions. With continuous development of rail transit in China, unilateralism and oneness of the existing sidings' devising have affected the transport benefit and service quality. Therefore, research on comprehensive evaluation to sidings of urban mass transit counts much to construction and expansion of rail traffic, and advancement of operation organizing theory as well.The idea of combining analogy, qualitative analysis and quantified calculation is adopted in the research process. Based on sufficient references to the results of both domestic and overseas, the index system of sidings' evaluation is established through analysis of varied types of sidings' setup form and influencing factors. Thus, the overall performance of the sidings can be evaluated by using scientifically effective methods to analyze it.The main study of the paper includes:(l)By the statement of sidings' function and usual allocation form, the general principle of sidings' allocation has been discovered from qualitative angle.(2)Through discussing the influence to sidings by operation interval, travel speed, switches and running organizing mode etc., the main factor affects various sidings' setup form has been obtained.(3)On the basis of the above researches, the index system of comprehensive sidings' evaluation involving sub-index of individual and index of whole sidings has been established.(4)Ascertaining AHP-subjection degree function clustering as the evaluating model and method through analyzing and comparing various evaluation methods.(5)Detailedly explaining each index' character analyzing and calculating method so as to provide strong pertinency and maneuverability for the calculation... |
