| In recent years, many especially big bridges structure in the overseas has utilized the material section combination concept successfully. This kind of combination concept applies to the bridge construction, it enables the function of the bridge to be improved, the ability of stride across to be increased, the system of the structure to be optimized, and the behavior of the materials to be fully developed. It makes the structure combine superiorly and reduce the construction cost. The material section combination will be an inevitable tendency of the bridge construction in the future.This article uses the method which combines the theory and the experiment, it takes the Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge as the project example, has studied the fatigue performance and bearing capacity of steel-concrete attachment between the main arch rib and Y shape rigid frame and corbel attachment between the former crossbeam and Y shape rigid frame.Firstly, it introduces some basic concepts of fatigue briefly, elaborates elementary theory of fatigue strength, analyzes primary factors that affect the fatigue of steel-concrete attachment and general computational method of the fatigue damage accumulation theory.Secondly, it checks the design of main arch rib steel-concrete attachment in Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge on fatigue performance and intensity through the great proportion structural model experiment. Also it conducts the experimental study to the attachment between former crossbeam corbel and Y shape rigid, and examinates its structure performance when the attachment under the use limiting condition and the bearing capacity limiting condition.Finally, it carries on the stress computation to the fatigue test model using the finite element software. According to the test result and the theoretical calculation result, and unites the fatigue computations of related specifications, confirms the supporting capacity of steel-concrete attachment between the main arch rib and Y shape rigid frame and corbel attachment between the former crossbeam and Y shape rigid frame in Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge.It is expected to give some references to people in the same field. |
