The Design Of Train Jerk Analyzer

During the running of the train,whether or not calm of the driver's operation can effect the passengers' comfort.So,to improving the driver's ability of operation is very important to promote the service of the railroad.The former means of testing the driver is to observe 5 crabsticks' lodge whitch stand on the desk.Such measure is not scientific and is impersonal,and it can't be recurred.It can't adapt the high-speed and modern development of the railroad. The intelligentized train jerk analyzer introduced in this paper adopts high-powered sensor to collect the signal of acceleration.After being converted to digital signals by A/D convertor and analyzed by DSP, it is sent to the liquid crystal diodes to display the curve of the acceleration's variety and show the numerical value of the jerk.At the same time,these data can be sent to PC via USB.We can analyze the jerk and judge the driver and print the report forms on PC.So the analyzer can work itself orwork together with the PC.In this paper,the jerk's harm,forming condition and causation,and how to judge it are introduced firstly.Then we explain the systems solutions and the codes and software.The system has the performances of low cost, convenient operation,high reliability,friendly human-machine interface and acquires good results in real application.
