The high-pressure common rail electronic controlled fuel injection system is th development direction of modern diesel fuel-injection system. It is certain with the development of the electronic control technology and its wide application. The system can comply with higher fuel economy and the more severe exhaust-gas legislation.On the base of widely research of relative paper, the development trend and the actuality of the foreign and domestic high pressure common-rail fuel injection system of diesel engine are also studied. Based on latest information ,further research is carried on pressure control system of the high pressure common-rail fuel injection system of diesel engine.This paper introduces the functional parts and the performance theory of the high-pressure common rail electronic controlled injection system in details. The hydraulic-continuity equations of chambers and the dynamics equations of moving parts in the common rail fuel injection system ,mathematical model of the pressure control system in the high pressure common-rail fuel injection simulation system in this paper.Aiming at the characteristicsof the controlled objects, the closed-loop control to the common rail pressure is carried out by fuzzy control arithmetic of neural network,and the simulation of this system is developed with MATLAB/Simulink4.0 toolbox.The simulation results agree with the fact ,which demonstrate that this method has good impulse response curve, robustness and immunity.This paper develops common rail pressre control system with high performance and low price. This system is developed with DSP CMOS chip (TMS320LF2407) and can meet a demand of real-time instances.The peripheral equipmentis integrated into the inside system ,which improve the dependability of the whole system.The hardware of this system includes TMS320LF2407A,data acquisition circuit,reset circuit, driver circuit and man-machine interface circuit etc.The software of the system contains main program,common rail pressure acquisition subprogram,PWMpulse generation subprogram,display subprogram...
