With the gradually increase application of high building in city construction, its structure form is becoming more and more large-scaled and complicated. Now setting transfer floor has become an important measure to transfer upside structure load with the change of constructions function. But there is a new problem to be solved in that increasing load make transfer floor bigger in size. So it has important engineering meaning to research transfer floor construct technique.Mostly transfer joints (beam or square) are big because transfer floor is where load transfer path changed that make construct technique complicated. This article adopts research method of theory relates with practice, integrates construct experiences from Panzhihua city and other cities in china. The article discusses three aspects on transfer floor: First of all, aimed at the problem of construction in transfer floor beam and mould system and uphold rack, the article analyses how to calculate concrete's side stress on mould. Besides of this, the article discusses on uphold system's forms and conformation of transfer floor, discoursing upon the calculate method of uphold rack based on verge state design which includes intensity computation of vertically and horizontally level poles and whole stability of vertical poles and part stability and so on. Secondly, the article educes construction flow chart of reinforcing steel bars of transfer floor and has an thorough research in the issues that may happen in reinforcing steel bars' installation.
