Discharged capillary have been applied in high speed launch technique such as electrothermal(ET) and electrothermal chemical(ETC) plasma devices. It is the very important device in the electrothermal guns. The efficiency of electricity-thermal conversion is based on the matching degree between plasma load in Discharge capillary and PFN in electrothermal guns. So calculating the conductance of the plasma load accurately is necessary and important. This paper analyses the properties of the plasma in discharge capillary. A simple formulation and solution of the Saha equation is introduced. The present method takes into account all possible formulates for nonideal correction and the result of three times ionizations. The Spitzer formula has been analyzed and an accurate correction of the cross section is given. Considered the properties of the plasma in Discharge capillary, a new mode of the conduction of the plasma is given. Comparing with result calculated by others, the data shows that the conduction mode given by this paper is more reasonable. A simple formula is given too. In the domain that we are interest in, the error between the simple formula and result that particular discussed in this paper is less than 10%.
