Magnetism aerosol bearing is called as a supporting technology revolution because of a series of unique performance. This article is aimed at the driving-type magnetism aerosol bearing rotor control system, whose researching purpose is to design the magnetism aerosol-bearing controller.The essential target of this research is the design of active setting PID controller based on fuzzy theory. Firstly, this article designs active magnetism aerosol bearing starting with the simulating PID controller. We use this controller to make a beneficial exploration to the magnetism aerosol bearing control, the success of which provides the massive experiences for me. Especially We had a more accurate understanding to various parameters scope, which can render in the following design and realization of digital PID. Secondly, we design one fuzzy parameter active setting PID controller based on the fuzzy theory and the improvement of the traditional digital PID. Finally, we use Matlab software to simulate magnetism aerosol bearing system based on active setting PID controller on the ground of theory and research. Through the contrast of simulation experiment result, we may confirm the theory the accuracy. Meanwhile, we revise the correlation parameter through the simulation experiment to cause the controlled variable to draw close to the reality.
