The heavy load low speed decelerator, which is made in Northwest BN Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is the chief product used by mining machinery and coal mining enterprises with workplace flight conveyers, stag loaders and crushers. As we all known gears take an important part in the decelerator and if its quality is well always effects in all of the mine manufacturing process.Sometimes , the decelerator has a quality problem when it has been finished such as the tooth surface cementation. In this article, the writer introduce himself ideas and personery view about the failure analysis of this situation and how to deal with it. Meanwhile, do some work in designing of the decelerator quality control, of the gear raw material carburizing technology,gear-grinding technology,oil gluing computation and build ,testing run , etc.As a result, the writer expounds the method how to deal with these problems, all of this make a good ready for improving our products quality and enlarging our product market occupancy.
