Gas hydrates are crystalling,compounds that form when water and gas or volatile liquid,come in contact under certain conditions of high pressure and low temperture. Gas hydrate has the following advantages: a melting temperture between 5~12℃ ,a high heat capacity,the latent heat is comparable to that of ice(about 330 KJ/Kg).As a new cool storage medium,it has been studied comprehensively.The paper summarize the development of gas hydrate in home and abroad ,then anylyze the theory of crystalling .The quick and even formation of refrigerant gas hydrate is a key in industrial phase change cool storage application. Refrigerant react slowly,even uncrystalling due to its insolubility in water nomal condition..The formation process of gas hydrate in ice-ball was investigated for speeding up the creating of HCFC141b gas hydrate to suitable for the work model of air condition.The diameter of copper rob can impact on the formation process of gas hydrate in ice ball. It is indicated that the bigger the diameter of copper rob is, the more quickly the formation process of gas hydrate complete. The surfactant of copper has the special metallic feature. It can absorb the gas, and the gas can diffuse in the water along the metal surfant. It make the the cycle time of reaction shorten. Different PH indicator of surfactant will also impact on the formation process of gas hydrate .It can reduce the surface tension of water,make an emulsion of refrigerant in the water. So the interface of the water and refrigerant expand. It reform th dynamic property of gas hydrate. It is indicated that surfactant can speed up the refrigerant gas hydrate reaction.Baced on the experiment data, when the temperature of glycol is different, the cycle time of teaction isn't the same. In the experiments, when the temperture of glycol were 0.5℃,1.0℃,2.0℃ respective, the process of reaction that gas hydrate in the ice-ball began to crystal were in 100min,140min,180min. The cycle time of reaction were 140min,200min,275min respective. On the work model of air condition, it can properly increase the temperature of glycol between 0.5~2.0℃ for saving energy effectively. |
