| In this dissertation, the key techniques of broad-band and large-scale underwater vibration tables were studied, including the design of the moving part, the design of the support system, the design of the control system, etc.In chapter 1, the significance and aim of the research were presented. Firstly, the present research status of vibration tables at home and abroad was introduced. Then the problems on designing underwater vibration tables were pointed out. Finally, the main content of this dissertation was addressed.In chapter 2, the dynamic characteristics of the moving part were studied with theory of finite element, then the effect that the water put onto the moving part of underwater vibration tables was studied based on the fluid-solid coupling theory.In chapter 3, several special techniques of underwater vibration tables were studied, including the support system, the hydraulic balancing system and the airproof system.In chapter 4, the control system of underwater vibration tables was studied, including hardware design, control arithmetic design and software design.In chapter 5, the whole underwater vibration table system was tested to prove that it has got the demands of design.In chapter 6, all the achievements we accomplished were summarized and the further research work, which would be done in the near future, was put forward. |
