The instruments specially for measuring the structure or the components' strain, is called resistance strain gauge. The essential of resistance strain gauge is a kind of electronic instrument for measuring minute resistance variation of sense organ. This dissertation described a digital dynamic strain gauge's research and design, carried on error analysis to strain gauge, emphasis on studies in the method and its realization electric circuit of reducing strain gauge's error and increasing the precision, and designed the digital dynamic strain gauge's hardware electric circuit.This dissertation will research into these problems:First chapter expounds the research background and development tendency of resistance strain gauge, and analyse the existent question in this strain gauge designs.Second chapter expounds the resistance strain gauge's measure principle. Simply introduces resistance strain foil's structure and types as well as its usage, the resistance strain gauge basic composition and the work principle, mainly introduces the transformation principle DC bridge.Third chapter mainly elaborates the measure bridge module's composition and the design of its transfermation circuit , the strain foil's temperature drifting and its the solution method, the measuring accuracy influence of long wire in electric bridge's long-distance measuring and the method research,the research and design of DC strain bridge Auto-Balance and Auto-Calibration methods, the bridge's electric source design as well as the measuring accuracy influence and solution research of bridge's electric source.It analyze the factors which cause electric bridge's errors theoretically, and study the elimination or reduce errors' method and design realization circuit.Fourth chapter mainly elaboratess the signal conditioning circuit of strain gauge and the supply circuit of strain bridge system's design methods. It also introduce the hardware design of the amplification, filter,ADC and the strain bridge supply circuit' design ,and so on.Fifth chapter elaborates the design of strain signal processing module and strain gauge's antijamming design.Mainly includes DSP, FPGA and the USB interface's design.It also introduces the formation of interference, the commonly used hardware antijamming technology. In the end It emphatically introduces this strain gauge antijamming design and plan.
