The Study On The Rebuilt Project Of The Coal Instead Of Oil In Power Plant

The price of oil in China is as expensive as other countries in the world. This lead to the produce cost of most factory rose but benefits dropped. Since the energy problem is more and more serious, and the demand for energy is more and more eagerly, people pay more attention to the development of the technology of coal instead of oil. The development of this technology has gotten some advancement. The resource of coal in our country is very abundant, but the resource of oil is poorer. Using the oil as the fuel for a long time is unpractical both on resource and economy. According to the trend of the international resource development and actuality of Longfeng power plant, this paper deals with the necessity and feasibility of coal instead of oil project. Four rebuild methods for the boiler are analyzed and proved scientifically. The rebuild method for vertical vortex boiler has been made. The rebuild method for boiler body, burning system, oil burning system, chemic water treatment system, circular water system, electricity generated and transported system, coal transported system, dust eliminated system and electric system have been given out. The solid waste, smoke, waste water and the dust prevented method are studied. The benefits for economy, society and environment after rebuilding are analyzed. The literature about the technology of coal instead of oil is quite little. This study could enlarge the technology field of coal instead of oil. It can help a lot to rebuild the boiler of power plant, the burning system and cinder treatment.
