In recent years, the screw pump gets more and more extensive application with its unique performance in the oil field, in order to improve the output of crude oil, we should select pump of big displacement or increase the rotational speed, but this will make the ground system vibrate seriously, causing the system to be unable to work normally or some spare parts lose efficiency too early. For this reason, this text make experimental study and theorial analysis on dynamic designing about the ground system of the horizonal screw pump.First,basing the theory of experimental modal analysis and computer technology ,this text makes experimental modal analysis on the ground system of the screw pump and the main parts , including the shell of the decelerator ,the base of electrical motor ,and supporting part .Thus we gets the natural frequency and shaking type of all steps.Basing the theory of finite elemental modeling and ANSYS software,this text build the entitative model and elemental model of the main parts and carry the modal analysis. And we get the natural frequency and shaking type of all steps .And then we compare the analysis results with the results of experimental modal analysis ,testing the correctness of the elemental model . Owing to the operating principle of the ground system and different working position of every spare parts, the operating frequency of different parts in the system influent the shell of the decelerator , electrical machinery baseplate and supporting differently. By analyzing the working frequency of these operating parts and the natural frequency of the shell of he decelerator , electrical machinery baseplate and supporting , we find the 5th steps natural frequency of the electrical machinery baseplate is close to the operating frequency of the electrical machinery ,so the resonance phenomenon may take place while working. So we must improve the frequency of the electrical machinery baseplate to avoid the resonance phenomenon.According to the analytical method of sub structure, we combine the finite elemental model of different parts and process the combining surface parameter to build the finite elemental model of the system .Using the ANSYS software, we carry on the finite element mode analysis to get the natural frequency and shaking type . Then we compare the result with the testing result to prove the exactness of the finite element model .Through analysing the relation between the operating frequencies of these sport parts and natural frequency of the system we find the third step and the 5th step natural frequency of the...
