Infrared imager is a kind of precise optical instrument applying in the space environment, main function is to obtain the images of movement objects on the ground or in the space. Acquiring large-scale image information in a short time, it has the advantage that the CCD camera can't compare to, specially reconnaissance in the night and discerning move objects sending heat. So its research will be significant to strengthen national defense of our country.Infrared imager's mass and the structure dimensions are strictly restricted by the satellite platform, so infrared imager mechanical structure must be packed, agile and firm. Concerning the launch process, infrared imager's mechanism system must experience the harsh mechanics environment; the part of mechanical structure should attain the high stiffness, high strength, low mass. In this paper according to the optical principle diagram, the technique beacons and the environment requirement, design two sets of total project. All detailed design thought and the implementation kernel about the five key division, are clarified in each set of project. Comprehensive compared the merit and shortcoming of two sets of projects, and select the turning mirror tube project as final project.Applied three dimension structure design software UG to build the accurate shape of the whole mechanical system, simulation assemble, getting important structure parameters of mechanical system, such as mass, centroid and moment of inertia etc. Aim at infrared imager three dimension modal carried on the interference examine, modify the unreasonable design. On the base of three dimension modal of infrared imager, applied finite element analysis software ANSYS, create the finite element modal of the mirror tube structure and the whole machine. Imitate to the launch environment, carry through 15g overloading acceleration analysis to the modal, get the maximum deform and stress of mirror tube structure on static force condition, validate the stiffness and the strength of the structure.Carried on the modal analysis to mirror tube structure and the whole machine, get the inherence frequency and modal shapes of structure system, not only validating the reliability of the structure, but also being advantage to improve...
