The cleaning valve is an important part of the system of fluid motion, which can be used to division, diversion closure, distributary and so on. Due to the complexity of the inner structure of the cleaning valve, it may be create vortices, cavitate, water hammer, back water and so on. These phenomenon jeopardize the condition of the project seriously, and it is the main factor that influences the loss of local water head.In recent years, we do not heap great praise on the fluid characteristic of all kinds of valves, especially to the globe cleaning valve, usually we basing on the regular design manners and experience, consider only the structure, not the loss of resistance, which causes the great energy loss. Actually, in the tube engineering, the proportion of the loss of local water head in the loss of pipeline water head is big. In the text, we will take cleaning valve for instance to discuss the calculation of fluid field and characteristic of resistance.This paper discussed the relationship of the flow capacity and the inner structure, completed the numerical simulation of flow field and the characteristic of resistance, set up the finite element model and done the finite element calculation of the existing component and the improvement component of the cleaning valve, and done the experimentation manner. Because there are obviously multi-dimensional feature at the cleaning valve, we adopt the three-dimensional viscous flow field and the Spalart-Allmaras model to calculate the flow coefficient, to raise the solution of setting the boundary condition, to study the flow properties and corresponding parameter varying. The relationship between the flow capacity and inner structure is the guidance to the structure design and fluid road design, so the change of the structure is of importance. |
