Based on Chinese tracking and data relay satellite (CTDRS) in the future, the antenna pointing control and complex control theory of user satellite are studied deeply in this dissertation, which is funded by the improve item of Dept. of Astronautic Engineering and Mechanics—"the teaching demonstration of antenna pointing control system in TDRSS". The main contents of this dissertation are consisted of the following parts:Firstly, dynamics equation is derived using Lagrange Equation for user satellite, so as the kinetics equations of user satellite at the same time are expressed in the form with matrix differential equations that is suitable for attitude control system design and analysis. The singular value bode diagram is introduced to analyzes the characteristic of dynamics. Those are the good foundations of the design of the control system.Then, the tracking laws for the user satellites antenna pointing to the TDRS which is fit to the engineering application are derived, and the basic concepts of the user satellites antenna pointing control project are described in detail. Yield locus is analyzed when antenna is controlled under either PT mode or AT mode. Double trapezium velocity locus is designed for PT mode while the helix search algorithm is designed for AT mode. The simulation and validation are conducted for the antenna pointing control system designed before.Next, the characteristics of the user satellites complex control system is that the high accuracy antenna pointing control is realized on the basis of ensuring the high accuracy attitude stabilization control of the satellite body. A multiloop antenna pointing controller has been designed while three feedforward schemes are used in this control design. The simulation results show that the antenna pointing control system can improve the precision of the attitude angle and the attitude angle rate, and the antenna can slew to the neighborhood of TDRS fast, search and then track TDRS. The antenna pointing control accuracy can satisfy the design specification and it is validated to be appropriate and effective.At last, the designed user satellites complex control system is simulated based on xPC target which is used for Hardware-in-the-loop simulation.
