The Research Of Aggregate Gradation Of Road Cement Concrete

Along with actualization of Western Development and the Ministry of Communications' projiect of 'Village-Village Communication', the application of the cement concrete pavement will have a rapidly development in the highway construction in western, especially in cities and rural. The research about cement concrete mixture designing is needed for cement concrete designing and construction, and it will promote the application of road cement concrete.The text is concerning about the aggregate graduation, and make the theoretical model building analyzing and indoor test research on aggregate composition, and decide the theory model for road cement concrete. Through the test of bracket filling in coarse aggregate, step filling in fine aggregate and step filling with coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, present different aggregate graduation of NMPS. Meanwhile, make some appraisals and corrections to them, and present the fine aggregate and coarse aggregate grading limit of the type of framework and dense.To lighten the difficulty in controlling aggregate graduation in construction and improve construction efficiency, we present the key sieve of different aggregate graduation of NMPS through service performance test for the first time. And through the same test, we present the application range of aggregate graduation according to being used in different areas for the first time. Combining with road specifications and referring to foreign advanced ways, present the concrete mix design of the type of framework and dense for the first time, and validate them by the examination of service performance for road.The text results of this report have the characteristics such as better pertinence, whole system and good practicability, and have important guide function on the design and construction for road. And it is one important part of the research of the design of road cement concrete mixtures composition.
