This paper is finished based on "SX1380A" heavy truck, designed by camion laboratory of SHAANXI AUTOMOBILE GROUP Co., LTD. Consulting GB1589-2004, the author has studied and worked the steering system, and outspread the topic on abnormity wear and control stability analysis of multi-front-axle system.To eliminate abnormity wear of tires in multi-front-axle system of heavy truck, the characteristic and control stability analysis is set forth. On the base of steering characteristic, analogue of steering system are built. On the base of researching control stability, tire uniformity load condition and deficiency steering characteristic of this type truck are put forward. The optimization models of steering trapezium system and portrait transmission are built. Aiming at the kind of truck, the paper takes ADAMS/Rail as analysis tool and MATLAB7.0 as design tool, compiles logics and arithmetic and process system simulation analysis.Conclusion and design models of this paper are validated on the experiment of "SX1380A" heavy truck. The results show the analysis and design methods are correct.
