Given quantity feeding system is used extensive in industry automated feeding region. Aim at requirement of slather solid discrete materials self-regulation and base on analysis of performance of electromagnetism vibration feeding machine a sort of digital metering and regulating device, which used in electromagnetic vibration given quantity feeding system, have been developed. It made system possess both auto-metering and feeding function, which have realized self-regulation of feeding quantity of electromagnetic vibration quantity feeding machine. It lays the foundation for industrial automation feeding product line.Firstly, this thesis expounds detection mode and control mode of process variable of electromagnetic vibration given quantity feeding system, and analyzes performance of solid flow meter and electromagnetic vibration quantity feeding machine and Silicon controlled rectifier half-wave rectification device, which compose given quantity given quantity feeding system and illustrates function and operational approach of metering and regulating instrument. This thesis analyzes component links of electromagnetism vibration given quantity feeding system through the discrete control theory too.In the followed step, this thesis detailed introduces development process and the design philosophy of the software and hardware of flow-metering and regulating instrument. Hardware of Instrument based on AT89C52 is developed and adopt simulative filter, data breakpoint protection technology, with GAL22V10,whose GAL equation has been written, realizes address-decoding, buffering control bus and isolation function at interface circuit. High-precision linear supply and watch-dog guarantee instrument work steady at industrial field, where is noise signal. 12 bit A/D, D/A convertor ensure measure and control accuracy against of the instrument. The design of nonvolatility RAM ensure that instrument's parameter not lost while power-fail. Instrument offer RS232 communication interface, which makes instrument be able to communicate with PC, compose step-control feeding system .
