The permanent magnet brushless DC motor(PM-BLDCM) is a new type of motor which developed on the base of direct current motor due to the advancement of the power switch, motor control technology and microprocessor technology. It replaces mechanical commutation by electrical commutation, not only has the same good characteristics of starting and adjusting speed as traditional DC motor, but also has smaller volume, easy control, good reliability, little influence in rough environment and so on. Because of all above these merits, it is widely applied to many fields such as aviation, robots, digital control machine, medical appliance, instruments and meters and domestic electrical appliance. However BLDCM has the disadvantages of torque pulsation, which cannot achieve accurate position and higher performance of speed control, so how to minimize torque pulsation will be the emphasis of this paper.This dissertation analyzes brushless DC motor detailedly, and researches...
