The technique of combustion plays a great important role in the development of national economy especially in energy engineering.The consumption of the energy is in stablely increasing of society and with the development of modern industry, the requirement of the energy become more and more obvious. In our country, the means which the energy utilized is unreasonable to some extent together with low efficiency, high waste, and the energy consume for unit production of the national economy is very high. Researches indicate that the reason results in these is various, among which low function efficiency of the burning equipment is the most important factor. Therefore it is essential to develop the new burning technique and increase function efficiency of the equipment.In this text, we introduced a series researches for the reform of the burning system in PG-steel power plant, the main contents are as follows:Through the cold air test on wake flow behind four kings of slitting bluff-body with different slit structure, impact of different slitting flow on recirculation zones was found. Numerical stimulation to these slitting bluff-body was also established, and we compared the results from numerical stimulation to the results from cold air test, the consistence between these results indicate the test was very credible and we can use these results to conclude some useful conclusions. Based on these tests, combustion experiments through which the existence and superiority of the mechanism of stepped firing in recirculation zones were proved were carried on. All the tests and the experiments provided theoretic and testing foundation.Determine the reason for the lower temperature in the superheated steam through normal thermal calculate in hearth and put forward the reconstructive method of burning system include decrease the combustion round and increase the tilt angle of the burner tip.The new burning technique mentioned before was also adopted.The result confirmed that the method which we adopted is feasible and the great economic benefits have been gained.So it is necessary to popularize this new burning technique. |
