It is critical effect to grip the dynamic characteristic of water-steam system of boiler which establishes the dynamic mathematical model and do research analysis on simulation.At present the power plant adopt normal superheat steam temperature cascade superheating control system based on traditional PID control, it is more difficult to obtain satisfactory control performance when the operating condition has greater changes. For the security and economic of power plant, research the new control method which can overcome the disadvantages of traditional superheat steam temperature control system has important meaning.According to the simulation model of water-steam system of 360MW unit in LUO HUANG POWER STATION, the dynamic behavior of the model is abstained by simulation experiment with disturbance. A simulation model of superheat steam temperature is established based on the dynamic behavior, which is used to the simulation study of Smith predictor control and gain adaptive control strateges.This essay has touchedupon the following work:① Considering modular modeling technique, a simulation model on the water-steam system of boiler is presented in the thesis.② According to the simulation model of water-steam system,has carried out simulation experiment with fuel quantity,steamer valve and attemperating quantity disturbance.And the dynamic behavior of the model is abtained.③ Has analyzed the power plant adopt normal superheat steam temperature cascade superheating control system which based on traditional PID control at present,and discussed the new strateges.④ Has built up the dentification model of superheat steam temperature according to the dynamic behavior of superheat steam temperature which has been abtained by attemperating quantity disturbance.⑤ according to the dentification model,has compared the control capability of Smith predictor control,gain adaptive control and traditional PID control by attemperating quantity disturbance.The result of simulation illustrates the dynamic behavior can be reflected rightly by the model...
