The interaction for construction of close-spaced tunnels is an important problem in geotechnics. With the development of our country's economy, many highways are built. Base on geography and geology condition, the design distance of two tunnels is nearer, and two tunnels are considered as entrance and the bi-arch tunnel as exit. Therefore the distance between two tunnels becomes more and more close, stress and displacement field of surrounding rock and tunnel space is the most important in design. The stable analysis of the vicinity of a tunnel pertains to rock mechanics. For farther numerical calculation, this paper firstly summarizes the characteristic of the tunnel engineering, and simply introduces elastic-plastic constitutive relation of geotechnical engineering. And then introduce basic principle and peculiarities of the Finite Element Method (FEM) .Finally this paper introduce the very popular software in international: ANSYS.IN this paper, base on the site measurement, ANSYS is adopted to simulates construction procedure for tunnel, stress field and displacement field for construction of close-spaced tunnels, and the research results are in a closing agreement with the site measured actual data.
