In this thesis, we took MgB2 as the multilayer superconductor between the Josephson superconductivity junctions. The SSeS junction was the main our research object, the other junction that we can use the similarity method. The critical thickness of this junction (SSeS) has been analyzed and deduced in theory detailed. After explain the principle of the electron pairs or holes pairs traverse the middle junction by MAR, starting from the function of Ginzburg-Landau and Schrodinger, the characters of SSeS superconductivity junction has been studied. Scalar form barriers had been substituted the barriers in the junction region, we make use of the function of Ginzburg- Landau and Schrodinger equation, additional the limited of boundary, achieve the posture of the junction at ID, the relation of the current and posture, and basis of this result, we deduced the formula of critical thickness in MgB2 SSeS, then discussed this formula found the that critical thickness was directed proportion to relation length, MgB2 SSeS superconductivity junction have several superiority than other superconductor, because it have larger relation length. It is very academic significance to fabricate the MgB2 SQUID in the future. At the end of my thesis, combine the arts and crafts and trial equipment at present, bring forward the blue print to preparation the MgB2 multilayer.
