The paper is come from 12V132 diesel. The fuel injection system and operating process simulating calculation is the main duty of this paper. The fuel injection system is refers to Pump-Line-Orifice system. Then the paper make use of HTDSYM software of AVL to set up the model of fuel injection system. The model Include the physical model and calculation model and its parameters design.When the model is completed , we run the HYDSIM model that we can obtain the pressure of fuel injection, the pressure of pump chamber, the pressure of valve chamber, the lift of the needle, the inject rate and so on. Then this paper analyzed the result of simulating calculation. With adjusting the parameters, such as the diameter of high pressure line, the size of sac orifice, the size of spray hole we can get adjusted parameters of the fuel injection system. Then make use of BOOST software, we set up the model of operating process. Based on the fuel injection system simulating calculation, we get some parameters such as the rail pressure, the inject rate. All of this as initial parameters input to BOOST model of 12V132.With the operating process simulating calculation, we can get a series parameters of the cylinder burn. The calculation result indicates that choose the appropriate compression ratio, the angle of fuel injection can improve the cylinder burn and reduce the fuel exhaust. But, at the same time, we also find the simulating result exists unperfected, such as the pressure and temperature are much higher. Therefore we will do more work to adjusting and perfecting.
