| The cold-formed rectangle steel pipe has the various excellent characteristics, which is increasingly and widely applied to the domestic industry and the civil construction. One of its characteristic is the cold-formed effect; because of this, the cold-formed rectangle steel hollow section beam is quite different from the welding box beam. This article mainly focuses on the influence that cold-formed effect plays on the cold-formed rectangle steel hollow section beam. The contents list below: (1) Analyze each kind of factor to the influence of the cold-formed effect, and the intensity influence of the cold-formed effect to the cold-formed rectangle profile steel hollow beam section; (2) Elaborate the finite element model and theory under the analysis normal condition when the cold-formed rectangle profile steel hollow beam is used, and how to use ANSYS software analysis method; (3) Analyze the different operating mode of the cold-formed rectangle profile steel hollow beam and welding box beam under different situation, obtaining the influence of cold-formed effect to stress performance of cold-formed rectangular hollow section beams under the normal limited condition; (4) Considering the geometry non-linearity and the material non-linearity, to analyze the characteristic value flexure load and the non-linear flexure load of the cold-formed rectangle profile steel hollow beam, comparing with the welding box beam under the different operating mode, obtaining the influence of the cold-formed effect to the cold-formed rectangle profile steel hollow beam limit supporting capacity. |
