Along with the space structure developing, it is much harder to meet the expressive force of interior and exterior space in architecture. And the form of traditional structure can hardly satisfy the need of actual application. The beam string structure is a kind of inner equilibrium systems with bending resistance members and the tension members linked by the brace struts. With the application of pre-stress, it becomes an independence braced structure. Because of its lightweight, its reasonableness of the force on mechanics, and its strong expressive force in architecture, the beam string structure develops to one of the good space structure systems gradually.Aiming at beam string structure with double cables, the stereoscopic force body system of its special air space, this text adopts the theory of finite element and software as to analyze the structure. The main contents involves following few specters: Firstly, the problems of form-finding of the beam string structure with a pair of cables. This text use three kinds of device namely approximate method, trial method, improvement of inverse iteration method as to get the analysis and comparisons. Secondly, the problems of that beam string structure with a pair of cables controlling section or controlling point. Taking seat to displacement, the bending moment, force of axis, this text made the research respectively, found out its controlling point, controlling section and its rule of changing. Thirdly, because it's a cables system, the change of the transversal bowed height f3 of the cable and the vertex angle 0 of its lateral brace strut will influence the mechanical behavior of the whole structure, this text made the research, getting more excellent transversal bowed height f3 and θ. Fourthly, this text try to analysis this cables beam string structure of stereoscopic bearing structure, try to find the influence of the system upon the transversal stability. Finally point out it is similar with common beam string structure of plane surface having no anti- side capacity in this aspect.Through this textual research, it is advantageous to the actual research of the space structure and the application of design.
