| Diesel-Gas turbine combined power plant has two types: CODOG (Combined Diesel Or Gas turbine) and CODAG (Combined Diesel And Gas turbine).The running characteristic of CODOG is that the diesel and gas turbine are working in turns; but that of CODAG is that they are working together. Comparing CODAG with CODOG, it has more advantages and technology superiorities. But its technology is more complex. It has very important meaning for the developing of the warship power plant in our country that researching on the CODAG power plant.Base on the quondam CODOG experiment plant, the designing and constructing work of CODAG physics simulant experiment plant was completed. This paper lays great importance on the measurement and control system's hardware and software of the experiment plant. The testing and control system that equipping multi-types multifunctional data processing blocks in core of IPC, is designed. The software of combine running controller and operating computer are made by C language and LabVIEW language separately. The testing and control system of CODAG carried out gas turbine, diesel and hydrodynamic power measure plant's remote computer control. Through several times experiments, the combination, breakaway and switching of two engines run successfully. It proved that the design of CODAG testing and control system is successful.The control arithmetic is the key of CODAG power plant. Through the analysis of the experiment result, the dynamic characteristic of engine, torque matching characteristic and SSS clutch dynamic characteristic in the course of the combination, breakaway and switching are researched pilot. It is of great significance to research the operation, changeover, unity, reliability, and maneuverability of this plan for offering academic guarantee to designing the advanced Combined power plant, and for offering credibility technical guidance to the studying aim of medium-term and long-term ship's power plant in our country.
